About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing strategy, strengthen our online presence, generate qualified business leads, and drive measurable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a robust track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a combination of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, hands-on digital expertise, and solid team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute the company's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
Build annual and quarterly digital marketing plans, budgets, campaigns, and KPIs.
Identify current digital channels, market opportunities, and emerging trends.
Develop strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement,



and conversion.
Performance Marketing
Lead Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, and other paid acquisition channels.
Own campaign performance, CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
Develop and continuously optimize campaign targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets based on performance and business priorities.
SEO & Organic Growth
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO, and content optimization.
Improve organic rankings, website traffic, qualified leads, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and content gap analysis.
Work closely with content and development teams to improve website performance and search visibility.
