Position Summary:
The role of Assistant Professor in Law department demands a highly motivated individual with a solid academic background, research interests, effective communication, interpersonal and organizing skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To make undergraduate and postgraduate students learn the domain specific legislation with strong emphasis on practical insights.
To display and establish expertise in Law domain through solid research publications and paper presentations.
Mentor and advise undergraduate and postgraduate students on different legal as well Interdisciplinary topics.
Contribute to the academic community through involvement in professional organizations and conferences.
To focus on development of qualified skill sets amongst students so as to make them industry ready.
Commitment to fostering a collegial and inclusive academic environment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have at least two years of teaching experience in reputed law institution with proven track record of research publications.
Must have two research papers published in SCOPUS/SCI Indexed Journals of repute.
Should demonstrate expertise in relevant legal domain, with a strong understanding of foundational concepts of specific domain of Law.
Excellent command over Hindi as well as English languages.
Sound knowledge of Organizing Moot/Mock/Debate/MUN Competition
Must carry commitment to make student ready for industry with professional skill sets.
Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree in relevant domain from reputed university with First class in Masters (LL.M.)
UGC NET /SLET in relevant subject
Must have two research papers published in SCOPUS/SCI Indexed Journals of repute.
