Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage business operations across multiple areas/regions, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
Define and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Recruit, mentor, and drive performance of Area Business Managers (ABMs), Business Managers (BMs), and their respective teams.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with architects, builders, developers, dealers, and institutional clients.




Drive regional order inflows, ensuring consistent growth in volume, margins, and market penetration.
Monitor competitor activities and devise strategies to strengthen market positioning.
Ensure strict adherence to credit discipline, operational SOPs, and customer service excellence.
Spearhead brand-building initiatives, including regional architect meets, builder events, and channel partner programs.
Provide regular business reviews, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.
Ensure cross-functional coordination with design, execution, and service teams for smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of proven sales and business management experience in fenestration, building materials, interiors, or premium products.
Robust experience in leading large teams across multiple territories.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.
