Key Requirements:
Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Insta Hire.
Proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Capability to meet daily submission targets and recruitment timelines.
Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate management skills.
