Role Description The National Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, responsible for managing key national accounts and supporting long-term business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with national clients, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities to expand product adoption and revenue. This role collaborates with sales,



product, and support teams to develop account plans, address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The National Account Specialist will prepare regular reports, analyze account data, and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting.
