About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and growth-oriented Impact Manager to drive client success through strategic investment planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives and maximising return on investment (ROI) for clients.
As part of a agile startup workplace, the role requires adaptability, ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Investment & Performance Management
• Develop and manage performance-based investment plans for assigned clients.
• Analyze e-commerce platform metrics and performance data to identify optimal investment opportunities and maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign and investment performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Track investment stages and ensure complete compliance with agreed timelines and deliverables.





Account Management & Client Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related investment and performance discussions.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic consultation.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports, business reviews, and growth recommendations.

Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, Social Media, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution of client strategies.
• Coordinate with brand owners, third-party partners, and external stakeholders involved in the marketing and growth process.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, marketing initiatives, and operational execution.

Data Analysis & Strategic Planning
