• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.

• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.

• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.

• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.

• Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.

• Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.

• Make sure the rooms and other area are regularly cleaned.

• Respond to customer complaints and queries on a timely basis.

• Ensure all the rules are being followed properly.

• Experience & Skill required:

• Proven experience of working as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeper,



or a similar role in the Hospitality/ Hotel Industry

• Excellent team management skills.

• Should be willing to work for different shifts as and when required.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Hard-working individual.

• Robust decision-making skills.

• Understands the principles behind providing excellent customer service to guests or patients.

• Working knowledge of housekeeping.
