Role Description The Portfolio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for managing and optimizing client real estate investment portfolios. This role includes evaluating investment opportunities,



analyzing market trends, and recommending strategies that align with client objectives and risk profiles. The Portfolio Manager will monitor portfolio performance, rebalance holdings as needed, and prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Daily tasks involve collaborating with advisory and sales teams, conducting financial and risk analyses, and staying updated on regulatory changes and property market developments. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, responding to queries, and ensuring a high standard of service and compliance in all portfolio-related activities.
