Job Summary
GOEEN Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to develop business relationships with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, and other business partners. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through calls, references, field visits, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales reports.
- Negotiate with clients and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance and market feedback.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates residing in or around Baidyabati will be preferred.
