JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROCESS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

The candidate will perform all front-end operations-related activities for both Exports and

Imports. Will be responsible of completing the tasks assigned within the stipulated

timelines without compromising on product quality and work in line with the guidance and

instructions of the Team

Leader.

Essential duties & responsibilities

· Execution of Export and Import operational activities as per the agreed SLA.

· Must have thorough knowledge of Job Creation, VGM Submission, Monitoring,

Pre Alerts, Confirmation check Function etc.

· Ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Career related cost, Profit %,

knowledge of Invoice submission and close working with team leads with solid

exposure in numbers.

· Maintain daily logs based on the activities performed and report to the Team

Leader





Coordinating with different stake holders viz., Co-Loaders, Shipping Line, etc.

Qualification & Experience

· Graduates in any discipline

· Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience. Preference will be given to the

candidates with relevant work experience under Export/Import Documentation.

Skills & Competencies

· Good communication skills both verbal and written

· Willing to work on odd shifts & public holidays

· Must be good typing skills – preferred speed 25 to 30 words per minute (WPM)

· Self-motivated and ability to work independently

· Must be comfortable with MS Office – Excel, Word and power point.
