Hiring: Lead Landscape Architect & Studio Manager | Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced Lead Landscape Architect & Studio Manager to lead landscape architecture design and manage the overall operations of a Bengaluru-based design studio.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: INR 24 LPA – 27 LPA Gross Fixed Monthly Pay

Experience: 12+ years in Landscape Architecture, including 3+ years in a senior leadership/design management role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design and delivery across complex, multi-scale landscape architecture projects

• Manage multiple projects, including client liaison, programming, budgets, timelines, and quality

• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level design teams

• Drive design excellence, innovation, and technical rigour

• Oversee studio operations, resource planning, staffing, and workload distribution

• Support staff engagement, performance management, recruitment, and onboarding





• Coordinate with senior leadership and geographically distributed teams

• Represent the organisation in professional networks and industry engagements

Candidate Profile

• Postgraduate degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognised institution

• Professional affiliation/certification such as ILA, ISOLA, IFLA, or equivalent

• Robust project management, client management, and financial control experience

• Proven experience managing a design studio, team, or office

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• International/Middle East/South Asia design experience is an advantage

• Proficiency in relevant design and project management software
