Role Description
The Salesperson role at HUSH HIVEN is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will interact with customers in the showroom or at client locations, understand their seating and comfort needs, and recommend suitable recliner models. Daily activities include presenting product features and benefits, answering customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves maintaining product displays, following up with leads,



coordinating with the operations team on orders and deliveries, and recording sales activity accurately in company systems. The Salesperson will represent the brand professionally, support promotional events, and contribute feedback from customers to improve products and services.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in
furniture, home décor, or luxury lifestyle products
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi or Gujarati is a plus) - you connect effortlessly with walk-in customers
- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
- A customer-first mindset with a natural drive to own outcomes, not just tasks
- Willingness to participate in occasional off-site exhibitions and brand events
- Ability to work 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
