Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Senior QA Automation Engineer
with strong expertise in
Java-based test automation, API and microservices testing, AWS, and payment systems
.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing scalable automation frameworks using
Java, RestAssured, Selenium, and TestNG
, along with robust knowledge of payment rails including
ACH, RTP, FedNow, Zelle, SWIFT, and ISO 20022
.

This role requires someone who can validate complex
end-to-end payment lifecycles
, establish automation-first QA practices, define test strategies, and work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver high-quality and reliable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Automation & Framework Development
- Design, develop, and maintain robust
Java-based automation frameworks
for API,



microservices, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop automated test suites using
Selenium, RestAssured, TestNG
, and other relevant testing frameworks.
- Build reusable automation components, utilities, libraries, and test data frameworks.
- Automate functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Develop automated validation for REST APIs, microservices, backend services, and payment workflows.
- Implement data-driven, keyword-driven, and behavior-driven automation approaches where appropriate.
- Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and easy for other QA engineers to use.
- Continuously identify manual testing opportunities that can be converted into automated tests.

2. API & Microservices Testing
- Perform comprehensive testing of
REST APIs and microservices
.
- Create and maintain API automation suites using
RestAssured and Java
.
- Validate:
- HTTP status codes
