Armaara is a fast-growing nutrition and wellness brand. We manufacture everything we sell at our own plant, with our master warehouse on the same premises which means the person in this role sits at the centre of the action, not at the end of an email chain.

We sell across quick commerce, marketplaces, modern trade and distributors. Every one of those channels has its own PO cycle, appointment system and inwarding rules. This role exists to make sure every one of those orders goes out complete, on time, and gets accepted at the customer's end without a single rupee lost to short receipts or rejections.

What you'll own

Order and dispatch planning
- Track all customer POs across quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), contemporary trade and distributors
- Book and manage inwarding appointments on customer portals, and plan dispatches backwards from the appointment date
- Coordinate daily with the warehouse team on picking, packing, batch selection and dispatch readiness
- Raise invoices,



e-way bills and STNs; ensure documentation is correct before the vehicle leaves

Customer inwarding
- Own the shipment from dispatch to GRN follow up until stock is inwarded and accepted
- Resolve short receipts, damages and rejections with the customer and transporter, and close claims and credit notes
- Track and improve fill rate and OTIF across accounts, and flag any PO at risk of expiry before it lapses

Stock visibility
- Maintain and circulate a daily stock position across the master warehouse, city warehouses and distributor points
- Flag replenishment triggers and MOQ breaches against agreed norms
- Coordinate stock transfers between locations and track them to receipt

Logistics coordination
- Manage daily pickups, escalations, NDR and RTO resolution with courier and transport partners
- Select the right mode and partner for each shipment based on destination, weight, volume and delivery timeline
