A growing digital marketing agency is looking for a
highly capable Digital Marketing Executive
to join our team and manage the hands-on digital marketing implementation for client projects, including a nursery and other service-based businesses.

This is
not a role for someone who only knows digital marketing theoretically or simply coordinates work
.

We are looking for a
hands-on digital marketing practitioner
who can independently set up, launch, manage, optimise and monitor campaigns across multiple digital channels.

A significant portion of the execution will be supported by
AI tools and automation
. However, the successful candidate must have genuine hands-on expertise to configure campaigns correctly, supervise AI-assisted workflows, analyse performance, identify issues and make the right optimisation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across the following areas:

1. Google Business Profile and Local SEO




- Set up and optimise Google Business Profiles for clients
- Optimise business information, categories, services and attributes
- Write and implement optimised business descriptions
- Manage photos, posts and regular profile updates
- Support review generation and response processes
- Improve local search visibility
- Monitor profile performance and prepare reports

2. Meta Advertising

Hands-on responsibility for:
- Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
- Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Lead generation campaigns
- Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns
- Instant Forms
- Audience research and targeting
- Retargeting campaigns
- Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Campaign setup and optimisation
- A/B testing of creatives, copy and audiences
- Cost Per Lead optimisation

3. Google Ads

Hands-on responsibility for:
- Google Ads campaign setup and management
- Search campaigns
- Keyword research
- Negative keyword management
- Ad copy
