Job Description:
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Finacle practice across Core Banking, Digital Banking (FEBA), CRM, Treasury, Payments, Integrator, Technical Services, L1/L2/L3 Support, Implementation, Migration, Upgrade, Testing and Customization.
- Partner with Delivery Heads, Account Managers and Business Leaders to understand hiring demand and workforce plans.
- Maintain Demand & Talent Traceability Matrix covering demand ageing, sourcing, interview status, offer status and deployment readiness.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of Finacle professionals through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and recruitment partners.
- Coordinate technical screening, panel interviews, client interviews, salary discussions and offer release.
- Manage the complete Offer-to-Join lifecycle including candidate engagement during notice period, joining readiness, documentation,



onboarding coordination and deployment planning.
- Mitigate joining risks including counter offers, competing offers and delayed releases through proactive engagement.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and internal stakeholders for all recruitment activities.
- Publish weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and KPI reports.
- Ensure recruitment governance, SLA adherence and superior candidate experience.

Skills Required:
- IT Recruiter with solid expertise in hiring Finacle professionals

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
