Only raw materials enter Subko’s facilities: all of the coffee, bakehouse and cacao products are crafted from scratch, in house. From crop to cup, pod to bar, and farm to table. As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations. Oversee several elements in a business, including hiring staff, operating budgets, and launching price promotions that could attract more customers

We are looking for an Outlet Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of our outlet

Responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role,



you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth outlet operations with regards to inventory, cleanliness, operation hours, and maintaining company infrastructure at the outlet.
- Maintaining log books and managing petty cash and bank deposits.
- Feeding partnership requesting, coordinating with the city lead with needs and inventory procurement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of current employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
