IT Tutor Pro is looking for a highly dedicated, confident, and results-driven International IT Recruiter, Bench Sales & Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in US IT Recruitment, Bench Sales, Candidate Marketing, Business Development, and International Sales.

This position requires excellent English communication skills, as the candidate will regularly communicate with US clients, vendors, recruiters, candidates, and business prospects.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational IT Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US and international IT requirements.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Search, screen, qualify, and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.




- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and continuously develop a strong candidate pipeline.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and recruitment partners.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records.

Bench Sales & Candidate Marketing
- Manage and market IT consultants on bench.
- Market consultants to potential clients, vendors, recruiters, and staffing companies.
- Identify suitable requirements based on consultant skills, experience, location, availability, and work authorization.
- Submit qualified consultants to appropriate requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors, recruiters, clients, and staffing partners.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients when required.
