About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
B2B Sales professional
with a strong background in
selling BPO/BPM, Customer Experience, Contact Centre, or outsourcing services
. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,



building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and positioning our BPO solutions to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in
enterprise/B2B sales, consultative selling, lead generation, and closing high-value deals
.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities for
BPO, BPM, Contact Centre and Customer Experience services
.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, industry events, referrals and other channels.
- Identify target organizations and decision-makers across relevant industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, Operations Heads, Customer Experience Heads, Procurement teams and other key stakeholders.
- Understand client business challenges and requirements and propose suitable outsourcing solutions.
