Job Description:
- Hands on experience in Oracle EPM, with strong experience in Oracle FCCS.
- Should have 3+ end-to-end FCCS implementation projects.
- Good understanding of Financial Consolidation and Close processes.
- Experience in FCCS application development/build.
- Strong knowledge of FCCS Business Rules, Data Forms and Financial Reports.
- Good understanding of consolidation process, currency translation and intercompany transactions.
- Experience with metadata loading and data loading.
- Hands-on experience with EPM Automate and OIC integrations.
- Experience in FCCS application performance optimization.
- Understanding of Journal Entries, Chart of Accounts (COA)
and Record-to-Report (R2R).
- Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.
- Experience working across the complete SDLC – design, development, implementation and support.
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with HFR and DM/FDMEE.
- Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
- Knowledge of SQL scripting.
- Positive knowledge of Narrative Reporting.
- B.E/B.Tech, MBA or MCA.
