Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze US IT job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Identify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and explain job opportunities.
