Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced
ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro)
. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of overall IT experience and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow HAM solutions.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of the
hardware asset lifecycle, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, integrations, and enterprise asset management processes
. This role requires strong technical capabilities along with excellent communication skills to work closely with architects, business teams, process owners, and client stakeholders.
