Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients and handling inbound and outbound inquiries. The Business Development Executive will conduct lead generation activities, present real estate solutions, and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Daily tasks include meeting clients, explaining property offerings, coordinating site visits,



negotiating terms, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, meeting revenue and activity targets, and providing market feedback to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth, including identifying opportunities and driving sales closures.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline building, and follow-up management.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client presentations.
