Position Title: Manager

Division : Human Resources

Location : Mumbai – Lower Parel

Experience : 10-15 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery

Role Summary:

The Manager - HR Operations is responsible for end-to-end HR operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. The role ensures efficient delivery of onboarding, employee records management, HR systems administration, compliance, and employee services while enhancing process effectiveness and employee experience. The incumbent will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, business stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Service Delivery:
- Manage / Partner with team for end-to-end HR Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and service excellence
- Ensure seamless coordination of pre-joining and Day 1 activities, including documentation, system access, workspace readiness, and induction programs




- Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, Admin, and business stakeholders to deliver a superior onboarding experience
- Monitor service delivery standards, SLAs and operational metrics
- Partner Operational efficiency through process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives

2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- End-to-end onboarding processes for current employees across locations and business units
- Manage key employee lifecycle transactions, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, role changes, and separations
- Ensure timely execution and documentation of all employee lifecycle events
- Drive adherence to established HR policies, workflows, and approval processes

3. HR Documentation & Records Management
- Ensure complete, accurate and compliant maintenance of employee records and personnel files in digital and physical formats
- Ensure governance mechanisms for documentation manage
