Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the e-commerce team to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, promotions, and product variations.
- Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, cancellations, ratings, and account health.
- Analyse marketplace performance, competitor pricing, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, accounts, customer support.
- Monitor advertising performance, including ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS, and coordinate with the ads team for improvement.
- Handle marketplace issues, seller support cases, listing errors, and policy-related concerns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
- Maintain proper inventory planning and ensure products remain available during sales and promotional periods.

Preferred candidate profile
- Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and deliver results under deadlines.
- Minimum 5 year of experience
