Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a listed company or Audit/Accounting firm
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Finalisation
- Finalisation of standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS.
- Preparation of schedules, notes to accounts, and supporting documents for statutory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, and other statutory requirements applicable to listed companies.
GST Compliance
- Preparation and filing of monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR -6, ITC-04 and other applicable returns).
- Preparation and filing of annual GST returns and GST reconciliation statements.
- Reconciliation of GSTR-2B, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, books of accounts, and e-way bill data.
- Resolution of GST-related issues, notices, and departmental queries.
Audit & Compliance
- Liaise with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Cost Auditors, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare audit schedules and provide information required during audits.
- Ensure timely implementation of audit observations and recommendations.
- Coordinate with various departments for statutory compliance and financial reporting.
- Compliance of TDS and Personal taxation compliances and filing of TDS returns
- Corporate Taxation /Tax audit preparation
- Visit to various locations for implementation/ensuring of internal controls and Statutory compliances
Accounting & ERP
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Positive understanding of accounting practices in the logistics business will be an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) is preferred.
- Ensure accurate accounting and maintenance of financial records.
