- Prepare a calm, beautiful and orderly environment where children can work independently.
- Observe each child and understand where they are in their development.
- Present Montessori materials at the right time and in the right way.
- Give children time and space to work without unnecessary interruption.
- Help children develop independence, concentration, coordination and care for others.
- Encourage children to choose, complete and put away their own work.
- Keep the workplace and Montessori materials organised and ready for use.
- Record observations and follow each child’s progress.
- Build a warm, respectful relationship with children and their families.
- Work closely with the team and contribute to the life of the community.
- Be regular, punctual, consistent and dependable—children need continuity.
- Keep learning through observation, reading, training and reflection.
- Most importantly, respect the child and trust their ability to grow and learn.
Timings: 7:30 to 2:30 pm (Mon to Fri) Sat: 9 to 1 pm.
Atleast 2 years commitment.
In- house training will be provided. ( Weekdays - 2:30 to 3:30 pm)
