* Handle front desk and reception duties

* Attend and manage customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins)

* Convert leads into bookings/sales

* Maintain customer records and provide excellent client support

Preferred candidate profile

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic computer knowledge

* Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused

* Prior experience in reception or sales is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
