- Position Title: Branch Credit Manager (BCM) Secured Business Loans (SBL / LAP)
- Location: Alot & Bhanpura
- Reporting To: ACM / CCM
Role & responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite secured business loan proposals
- Conduct mandatory property site visits, technical/legal report scrutiny, and personal discussions to assess collateral and risk.
- Collaborate with sales teams to maintain target turnaround times while adhering strictly to credit policies and lending limits.
- Monitor branch portfolio health, control early delinquencies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 3 to 8 yrs experience in Secured loans - LAP credit
- Local candidate preferred
