Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Presales Executive at NoBroker.com. The Presales Executive will engage with prospective customers to understand their property requirements, qualify leads,



and explain NoBroker.com’s services and value proposition. The role involves conducting outbound and inbound calls, responding to inquiries, preparing basic proposals or RFP responses, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. The Presales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up with potential clients, and support the conversion of leads into successful transactions while delivering a high standard of customer service.
