Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hisar,



focused on managing and growing a portfolio of customers in line with Kogta Financial’s products and policies. The role involves acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will identify customer financing needs, recommend suitable products, and support the end-to-end loan process, including documentation, coordination with internal teams, and timely follow-up. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales and collection targets, monitoring portfolio quality, addressing customer queries, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires regular market visits, networking with local stakeholders, and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
