Role Description
The Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based at The American College in Chennai. This position focuses on promoting the College’s academic programs to prospective students, families, and partner organizations through direct interactions, campus visits, and outreach activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, guiding prospective students through the admissions process,



maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, and supporting enrollment campaigns and events. The Sales Associate collaborates with the admissions and marketing teams to implement outreach strategies, prepare informational materials, and provide feedback on market trends and prospective student needs. The role involves regular follow-up communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings to build relationships and help prospective students make informed decisions.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse prospective students, families, and partners.
- Sales, outreach, or customer service experience in education or a similar sector, including comfort with meeting targets and managing a pipeline of leads.
