Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Kinaxis RapidResponse Tech Lead to join our supply chain technology team on a paid contract basis for 6–12 months.

This role is responsible for the design, development, configuration, and support of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions that power our end-to-end supply chain planning processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants,



and IT teams to translate supply chain requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

This role is based in Pune, India, with an onsite requirement for the first two weeks, transitioning to work from home thereafter, and reports to the Supply Chain Technology Manager / IT Lead.

Responsibilities

Implementation and Development
- Design, configure, and develop Kinaxis RapidResponse modules including Master Planning, Order Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP;
- Build and maintain Worksheets, Control Tables, Alerts, Exception Management rules, and Scorecards within the RapidResponse environment
- Develop custom business logic using RapidResponse Scripting Language (RSL) and formulas
- Create and manage data integration pipelines between Kinaxis and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and connectors
- Build dashboards and analytical views for supply chain KPI tracking and reporting
