Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Meetings: Talk with clients to learn their goals, style choices, space needs, and money limits.

2.Design & Drafting: Draw plans, sketches, and 3D models using computer software like AutoCAD or Revit.

3.Code Compliance: Make sure all designs follow local building laws, safety rules, and zoning codes.

4.Team Coordination: Work with engineers, project managers, and builders to combine structural and service plans.

5.Site Visits: Check the building site regularly to make sure the work matches the design plans and quality rules

Education: A bachelor's or master's degree.

Software Skills: Know how to use CAD and BIM tools (AutoCAD)

Knowledge: Understand building materials, costs, and construction methods.
