Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly curious and motivated analytical person to join the Airtel Finance team which is growing at a significant pace. Key Responsibilities:
Problem to Solution: Translate complex business problems into well-defined data problems, designing and implementing robust analytical solutions that address critical business needs within the lending lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis, develop predictive models, and utilize advanced statistical techniques to uncover insights, identify trends, and forecast outcomes relevant to lending products and customer behavior.
AI Integration & Efficiency:



Actively identify prospects and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions in day-to-day analytical workflows to improve operational efficiency, automate processes, and enhance the accuracy of insights.
Business Acumen & Strategy: Apply a deep understanding of the lending industry, market dynamics, and business objectives to contextualize data findings, ensuring that analytical insights directly support strategic decision-making and drive tangible business value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholders, including product development, risk management, operations, and leadership teams, to understand their analytical needs and effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain compelling reports and interactive dashboards using data visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators
