Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role located in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities for fabrication services, including grill window, industrial, structural, and metal fabrication solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their project needs, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves coordinating with the fabrication team to ensure accurate proposals, timely delivery,



and customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also maintain records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance, and represent Sahara Fabrication professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience in industrial, structural, or metal fabrication sales or a related construction/manufacturing domain.
Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with explicit, skilled client engagement.
Basic understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and project workflows to explain services accurately to customers.
Proficiency in using phones, email, and basic office or CRM tools for lead management and follow-up.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel locally to client locations, and manage a field-based schedule.
