Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, converting qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.



The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and support contract finalization in coordination with internal technical and operations teams. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, following up on inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and feedback. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasting revenue, and collaborating with management to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Conversion in industrial or engineering markets.
Robust Business acumen, with understanding of machining, manufacturing, or industrial services preferred.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
