Role Overview

DGZ Holdings is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Associate to manage customer support across multiple channels while also handling business enquiries and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be solution-oriented, and ensure a positive experience for customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, social media, and website chat.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, deliveries, and services.
Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers at all times.

Business Enquiries & Follow-up




Respond to business enquiries received through email, website, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Follow up with potential distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and business partners.
Coordinate with the management team for partnership and sales-related enquiries.
Maintain records of enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.

Order & Coordination
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams regarding order dispatches and delivery updates.
Track customer issues and ensure proper resolution.
Maintain customer interaction records and prepare periodic reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and email communication.
Solid interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in customer service or business support is preferre
