About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Associate to support our Sales & Business Development team. The role will primarily focus on global lead generation, sales support, customer follow-ups, and marketing activities.
The candidate will support lead-generation activities across international markets, with a key focus on the Indian Subcontinent, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
Global Lead Generation & Sales Support
Generate qualified B2B leads across international markets through LinkedIn, email campaigns, telecalling, online research, databases, industry portals, and other relevant channels.
Focus lead-generation activities on the Indian Subcontinent, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Middle East markets.
Identify potential customers, decision-makers, business opportunities, and relevant organizations within target markets.
Research companies and key contacts to build targeted prospect lists.




Initiate communication with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and telephone calls.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain meaningful communication with prospects.
Maintain and update the lead/prospect database and track lead status.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for further engagement and prospect development.
Support the sales team in building a healthy international sales pipeline.
Sales Coordination & Documentation
Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales activities and documentation.
Prepare OPF (Order Processing Form) and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with the Content Team and Technical Team for preparation of proposals, presentations, questionnaires, and other customer documents.
Assist in preparing information required for customer meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
