Role Description: The IT Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bishnah, responsible for delivering high-quality technology training to learners from wide-ranging backgrounds. This role involves planning and conducting classroom and lab sessions,



explaining IT concepts in a clear and accessible manner, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises on Windows and related applications. The IT Trainer will design and update training materials, support e-learning components, and assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations. The role includes supporting learners with career readiness skills, maintaining training records and reports, and coordinating with centre staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to NIIT Foundation’s training standards. The IT Trainer is expected to foster an inclusive, learner-centric setting and encourage participants to complete their courses and pursue employment or further education.
Qualifications
