Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer Freshers who are eager to start their career in software development. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in programming, strong logical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, debug, and maintain web applications under the guidance of senior developers.
Work on both frontend and backend development as per project requirements.
Build and integrate APIs and work with databases.
Use AI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve coding, debugging, and productivity.
Understand technical requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings.
Troubleshoot issues and identify effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with Design, QA, Product, and other development teams.
Follow coding standards, development practices, and project guidelines.




Continuously learn recent technologies, frameworks, and AI development tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of JavaScript and programming fundamentals.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.
Basic knowledge of React.js / Node.js or willingness to learn full-stack technologies.
Basic understanding of MySQL or any relational database.
Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
Robust logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted coding tools.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Whiteboard coding / live coding skills are mandatory.
Solid learning attitude and ability to adapt to new technologies.
