Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive with 4–5 years of experience in software products and/or software services sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying international leads, conducting sales conversations with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting relevant software solutions, and converting opportunities into successful business deals.
The role requires robust communication skills, confidence in handling international calls, consultative selling ability,



and a positive understanding of the software/IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, lead databases, and other channels.
Conduct international calls and meetings with prospective clients across different regions and time zones.
Understand client requirements, business challenges, and technology needs to identify suitable software products or services.
Present and explain software solutions, services, capabilities, use cases, and business benefits to prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines.
Manage the complete inside sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to prepare appropriate solutions and proposals.
