About Soul Club
Soul Club is a growing boutique hospitality brand operating a portfolio of private luxury villas around Hosur/Bangalore.
We are looking for a young, energetic and commercially driven all-rounder to take ownership of our sales, reservations, online listings, marketing and commercial administration.
This is not a conventional hospitality desk job. We want someone who can drive bookings, grow revenue, manage our digital presence and eventually take complete ownership of the commercial side of the business.
The Role
You will work directly with the Founder and become the primary person responsible for driving bookings and revenue across Soul Club's properties.
Your core objective:
Generate more inquiries → convert more bookings → increase occupancy and revenue → build Soul Club's direct customer base.1. Sales & Reservations — Primary Responsibility




Handle all incoming inquiries through Airbnb, WhatsApp, phone, Instagram and other channels.
Respond quickly and professionally to prospective guests.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Handle pricing discussions and objections within approved guidelines.
Maintain a database of leads, guests and previous customers.
Drive repeat bookings, referrals and direct bookings.
Upsell relevant experiences, food, BBQ, events and other services.
Ensure no genuine lead is missed or left without follow-up.
Sales ability and communication skills are extremely key for this role.

Manage Soul Club's presence across platforms such as:
Airbnb
MakeMyTrip
Agoda
Booking.com
Other relevant OTAs
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining property listings, descriptions, photos and amenities.
Managing availability and calendars.
Updating pricing and promotions.
