Salary Range: 6–12 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior HVAC Project Engineer to lead and manage HVAC projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, cost control, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Execute HVAC projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Plan and monitor daily site activities to achieve project milestones.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.




Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Technical Responsibilities
Review HVAC design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
Ensure work is carried out as per applicable standards, codes, and project specifications.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams for revisions and technical clarifications.
Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct inspections and quality checks during project execution.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to all statutory safety regulations and company HSE policies.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure protected work practices at site.
