Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital
advertising efforts across a range of platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, and others are a plus). Your expertise will directly impact our brand's visibility and conversion rates. We are seeking a talented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, and others are a plus)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative development to maximize campaign performance.
Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance,



making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs.
Continuously analyze and refine website conversion funnels to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and test landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets for campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Budget management and allocation, ensuring maximum ROI on advertising spend.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a robust focus on paid advertising.
Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
Robust understanding of Ecommerce marketing channels
