We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be comfortable supporting users, applications, and technical systems.
Knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) will be a strong advantage, as the role may involve troubleshooting web applications and working closely with the development team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to internal users and customers.




Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Monitor and troubleshoot web applications and services.
Identify, document, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate development or technical teams.
Work with developers to investigate application bugs and production issues.
Perform basic database troubleshooting and data checks.
Maintain documentation for common issues, solutions, and support processes.
Assist with application deployment, configuration, and system maintenance when required.
Follow up on reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer/user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technical support, application support, IT support, or a similar role.
