Role Description The Assistant Team Leader will support the team in managing real estate research, client consulting assignments, and portfolio management activities. This full time,



in office role based in Thane includes coordinating feasibility studies, assisting with location strategy and asset valuation, and preparing performance and fair value reports for client portfolios. The role involves handling client communication, organizing property inspections, monitoring tenancies and utility-related documentation, and supporting the execution of investment and financing transactions. The Assistant Team Leader will help compile and analyze market data, prepare presentations and reports, and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up across projects and client engagements. The role also requires close collaboration with senior team members to ensure timely delivery of services and high levels of client satisfaction.
