We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant/Lead who can drive end-to-end marketing automation initiatives, lead implementations, and deliver impactful customer engagement solutions.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), with expertise in implementing and managing complex marketing automation solutions for enterprise clients.
This role requires a strong blend of technical, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Implement and manage SFMC solutions using:
Email Studio
Automation Studio
Journey Builder
Mobile Studio
Audience Builder
Contact Builder





Build and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns across:
Email
SMS
WhatsApp
Push Notifications

Design customer journeys and engagement strategies.
Create segmentation, personalization, and energetic content strategies.
Optimize campaign performance, deliverability, and IP warming.

Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
Configure and manage:
Engagement Studio
Automation Rules
Agile Lists
Form Handlers
Scoring & Grading Models
Build lead nurturing programs and campaign workflows.
Create reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and pipeline contribution.

Technical & Integration
Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party systems.
Develop solutions using:
AMPscript
SSJS
HTML/CSS
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Manage data extensions, automations, and customer data architecture.

Consulting & Leadership
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
