Position: Rooms Manager

The Rooms Manager is responsible for the smooth, effective, and profitable operation of all guest rooms and front-office functions at Brixinn. The role requires a hands-on approach to guest service, room readiness, housekeeping coordination, reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction.
The Rooms Manager will lead the front-office and housekeeping teams, maintain high service standards, and ensure that every guest receives a warm, professional, and consistent Brixinn experience.
Front Office & Guest Experience
Oversee daily front-office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, room allocations, and guest requests.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience for every guest.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, special requests, and service recovery professionally.
Maintain robust communication with guests throughout their stay.
Ensure accurate guest records, billing, payments, and documentation.
Monitor VIP, repeat,



and special-occasion guests and ensure appropriate arrangements are made.
Housekeeping & Room Readiness
Coordinate closely with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for arrival on time.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and maintenance.
Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of maintenance issues.
Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and room inventory.
Team Management
Supervise, train, motivate, and guide front-office and housekeeping staff.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing based on occupancy.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate significant operational information.
Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, discipline, and service standards.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
