Pix Rock VFX Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior MMRA Artist to join our VFX production team. The Senior MMRA Artist will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual effects work, handling complex shots, supporting production requirements, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-quality MMRA work according to project and client requirements.
Handle complex and technically challenging shots independently.
Analyze shots and determine the appropriate techniques and workflow.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across assigned sequences.
Follow project specifications, production guidelines, and pipeline requirements.
Review shots before submission and ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and resolve technical or visual issues in assigned shots.
Manage priorities and deliver assigned work within project deadlines.
Collaborate closely with Supervisors, Leads, and other artists.
Provide guidance and technical support to junior artists when required.




Participate in internal reviews and implement feedback effectively.
Maintain proper file organization, naming conventions, and version control.
Communicate production challenges, dependencies, and status updates to the Lead/Supervisor.
Ensure effective use of project resources and adherence to studio workflows.
Senior-Level Responsibilities
Take ownership of complex and critical shots.
Support the Lead/Supervisor in maintaining quality and consistency across sequences.
Mentor junior and mid-level artists.
Assist in troubleshooting workflow and technical issues.
Review and provide constructive feedback on artists' work.
Help identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Support timely delivery of sequences and meet project targets.
